ELECTROPLATING MANAGER
Johor - Senai

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians and Operators to achieve the daily production targets
• Manage the daily production lines activities to achieve the production goals set by the management
• Participate actively in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement, CPK improvement, process optimization, cycle time improvement
• Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of WIP management and flow to reduce cycle time and increase productivity
• Perform 1st level of troubleshooting for equipment and plating process abnormalities
• Implement the company’s Production System with high productivity
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Electroplating.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Johor - Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:

• To report to the office for daily assignment and for any other assignment set by the Executive Housekeeper
• To collect the daily report at Housekeeping Department and attend the daily breafing. To collect the keys for the assigned areas and sign in the log book.
• To collect cleaning supplies and proceed to the asignment areas. Also ensure the trolleys are neatly packed and there are sufficient stocks before starting (eg. Linens, Stationary & Amenities).
• To ensure guest rooms and checked out rooms are cleaned as per Housekeeping standard and room supplies to be replanished are complete.
• To clean and daily maintain the room corridor-standing ashtrays, side table, wall lamp, etc.
• To maintain and clean maids pantry, service area and starircases after every shifts.
• To complete any assignment promptly and correctly-cleaning of all public areas which is under the Housekeeping Department.
• To ensure proper usage of all equipments, chemicals and cleaning materials.
• Minimize the wastage of chemicales.
• To report any maintanance defects to the Housekeeping's Office.
• To follow-up on certain duties like make-up extra beds and baby coats, turn mattress when necessary, vacum drapes in rooms, change mattress pads when necessary.
• To ensure all trolley is clean and tidy at all times.
• To clean all equipment's and utensils and store them properly in their respective place before finishing each shift.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong sense of urgency and responsibility and able to work independently and under preassure.
• Good at problem solving and multi-tasking and ability to deal and interact with people at all level.
• Dadicated team player with strong job commitment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
