Our Company is subsidiary of a Singapore Public Listed Company that manufactures high quality resistors. With established presence in the local and overseas market, we are looking for dynamic and resourceful individuals to join our Malaysia team as:-

 

ELECTROPLATING MANAGER
Johor - Senai

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians and Operators to achieve the daily production targets
• Manage the daily production lines activities to achieve the production goals set by the management
• Participate actively in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement, CPK improvement, process optimization, cycle time improvement
• Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of WIP management and flow to reduce cycle time and increase productivity
• Perform 1st level of troubleshooting for equipment and plating process abnormalities
• Implement the company’s Production System with high productivity
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Electroplating.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
