Sr. Account Executive (KL)

Position : Sr. Account Executive

Summary of Responsibility:

- Responsible for financial reporting (internal & external), management reporting, budgeting, PSC accounts, joint venture accounts, project accounting, revenue accounting cash management, System implementation, taxation, economics and investment appraisal and internal & external control matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree &/or CPA equivalent.

Required Experience :

- Minimum 8-10 years experience which includes significant time in the upstream oil and gas industry

- Experience in new office setup as it relates to financial policies and procedures

- International experience, preferably having lived and worked in more than one continent, with proven success of working across borders

- Demonstrated history of developing productive and constructive relationships with superiors, peers, subordinates and external relationship partners.

- Prefer Supervisory experience

- Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) and Joint Operating Agreements (JOA)

- Valuations experience and exposure to economic models.

- Collaboration – Highly developed interpersonal skills to include building networks and strong relationships both within and outside an organization; ability to work effectively through persuasion and influence rather than reliance on direct authority

- Feedback & Recognition – Able to develop and motivate staff
