HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

* Fully support, participates and provide assistance to the department in all human resources programs
* Effective recruitment and selection.
* Administering & coordination PMD
* Employees data management (personal files updates, training updates and other updates)
* Employees’ development, orientation and training, wellness and other HR programs – including training bonds and overseas training
* Administer all matters relating to group personal accident insurance and group hospitalization insurance for employees
* Assist the department manager in handling employees’ personnel related inquiries and issues on miscellaneous HR policy questions and issues.
* Effective on-boarding and off-boarding of employees’ procedures/progress



Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resource Management / Development or
* Excellent communication skills and able to quickly develop relationships
* Relevant experience will be an advantage
* Pleasant personality with good communication skills
