HR Officer - Recruitment
(The Palazzia, Jalan Bukit Gambir, Penang)



Responsibilities:

* To assist and support on day-to-day operation to Recruitment & Business Operations
* HR operational services delivery as well as implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
* Administer direct labour manpower planning, recruitment activities and selection process from sourcing, pre-screening, short-listing, interviewing, assessment, reference check to offering.
* Establish a network of sources and recruitment drives.
* Maintain recruitment database, documentation as well as reports generation.
* To perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor from time to time.



Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
* Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
* Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
* Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other statutory requirements
* Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Full-Time positions available
* 5-working days
