Incentive Processor Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)



Responsibilities:

* Compile, reconcile & prepare weekly/ monthly/ quaterly/ annually sales performance by product and by center.
* Compile & reconcile omitted cases and update into sales report.
* Design & improve incentive computation template with internal controls.
* Perform incentive computation & submit to HR on or before deadline.
* Prepare & distribute incentive statement.
* Support & facilitate data request for KPI input purposes.
* Support & facilitate queries for Credit Card & Awam-i incentive.
* Perform simulation & sensitivity analysis on propose changes to the incentive scheme.
* Ensure compliance of incentive scheme rules & regulations.



Requirements:

* Recognised Bachelor's Degree in related field.
* Minimum 3 years in the accounting profession.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in incentive computation is an added advantage.
* Meticulous and have high regard on accuracy of figures.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadline.
