As part of our expansion plan, we invite ambitious, open-minded and driven individuals to fill the following position:

Executive, Financial & Business Analytics, Product Management & Analytics, Mortgage
(Kuala Lumpur)

* To submit various monthly report on mortgage business performance to FRAN, Corporate Development, Community Distribution and other dept within CFS and Accounting (Regulatory Reporting).
* Managing the mortgage management information, ensuring financial data is well-maintained and available to key users on a timely basis to support decision making.
* Attend to adhoc request from internal and external parties.
* Perform activities in the areas of data access and data extraction to support the product development team and others in Mortgage.
* Collating relevant info and analytics for yearly budget/ business planning.
* To prepare materials for various management meetings/presentations.
* Undertake market research.
* To participate in projects impacting Mortgage and entailing information eg development of the new score card for housing loan, shophouse loans and other loans and development of the risk desk board.
* Undertake stress test studies on the housing loan portfolio for different scenario.
* To prepare and publish the Centre of Excellence publication.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 3 years experience in the property market related industry dealing with property developers etc.
* Strong relationship management skills and customer oriented.
* Meticulous and careful in figures.
* Demonstrated sales acumen.
* Outstanding communication skills (Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, with spoken Chinese an added advantage).
* Able to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance.
* Able to perform well under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
* Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
* Computer literate.
