Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying from recognized University.
• Must possess good project management & control, leadership & managerial skills, team management, computer skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 10 years of working experience in related field and preferably Senior Manager level.
• Able to commence work immediately and remuneration shall be based on reasonable fixed allowance plus percentage of fees sharing.
• Candidate with design experience shall be an added advantage.
