Sales Executive
(Northern/ Central/ Eastern/ Southern Region)

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales process within designated area of responsibility to achieve revenue and volume targets and to provide quality service and product to customer base.
• Work with Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies and plans aimed at increasing consumer awareness, sales, market share and profits.
• Assist Regional Sales & Marketing Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and accurate  sales forecasts for own area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain relationship with major customers in own area of responsibility.
• Through continous self learning about latest market trends must be up to date about effective sales techniques and proper product and technical knowledge.
• Assess optimal resource levels to achieve target objectives of own area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Northern, Central, Eastern or Southern Region.
• Able to set challenging goals and to meet / exceed those goals.
• Good analytical, communication and people skills combined with an enthusiastic and well-balanced approach to the job.
• Ability to work on own initiative and operate to tight timescales.
• Continuously maintain product knowledge and value selling skills.
• 10-customer visits per day
