We are a Food manufacturing company in Johor Bahru. As part of our expansion plan, we have the following position :-
Production Supervisor
(Desa Cemerlang)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the department;
- Build up a committed and strong team;
- Close monitoring of operators for full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures;
- Ensure discipline, housekeeping and safety practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM , Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience;
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to work shifts, shift allowance is provided
- Computer Literate with strong knowledge in MS Office and Excel
- Responsible, good leadership and good interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate.
- Experience in food industry
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
