Job Scope:

• liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
• analysing clients' existing systems;
• translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
• identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
• drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
• producing project feasibility reports;
• presenting proposals to clients;
• working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
• ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
• drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;
• overseeing the implementation of a new system;
• planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
• writing user manuals;
• providing training to users of a new system;
• keeping up to date with technical and industry sector developments.

• Plan a system flow from the ground up.
• Interact with customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business requirements documents.
• Write technical requirements from a critical phase.
• Interact with designers to understand software limitations.
• Help programmers during system development, ex: provide use cases, flowcharts or even Database design.
• Perform system testing.
• Deploy the completed system.
• Document requirements or contribute to user manuals.
• Whenever a development process is conducted, the system analyst is responsible for designing components and providing that information to the developer.

 

Requirement

• Diploma or degree
• Graduation from recognized college
• Have experience develop web using PHP or Java
• Minimum 1 year working experience as programmer
• Minimum 1 year working experience as System Analyst or Analyst Programmer
• Excellence communication and writing in Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication and writing in English
