Head Nanny
(Ipoh)

Responsibilities:

• Working as a Head Nanny in resort, you will be fully responsible to develop & train for a childcare team of between 2-4 Nannies.
• It is therefore integral that as Head Nanny you are able to recognise different levels of ability and effectively motivate, mentor and really bring the team together for the Nursery Department.

Requirements:

• Must be able to display a high level of supervisory experience and excellent organisational skills.
• Min 4 yrs. in the industry or Retired Staff Nurse.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level
• Further training in child care and development such as a formal nanny training program, early childhood classes and/or in-service training
• Proven child care experience with references
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Safety certification
• Full-Time positions available.
