A Subang Jaya based joint venture project management consultant (KI-MECIP JV) for Pantai 2 Sewage Treatment Plant (P2STP) is seeking suitable candidates to fill up the following vacancies on a contract tenure about 4 years: -

 

1.  Construction Manager

 

2.  Site Engineer (Civil)

 

3.  Site Engineer (Electrical)

 

4.  Site Engineer (Process/Chemical)

 

5.  Inspector of Works (Civil)

 

6.  Inspector of Works (Mechanical)

 

For post no. 1, the candidate is preferably a Bumiputra, professional engineer (PE) registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM), having a recognised degree in civil engineering with more than 12 years post-graduate experience.

 

For post no. 2, 3 and 4, the candidates are preferably Bumiputras, graduate engineer registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM), having a recognised degree in respective fields with 5 - 8 years post-graduate experience.

 

For post no. 5 and 6, the candidates are preferably Bumiputras, having a recognized diploma in respective fields with 3 - 5 years experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
2. Provide human resources management and administrative support to General Manager Finance & Administration
3. Coordinate staff recruitment activities and selection process
4. Facilitate and consolidate annual performance appraisal exercise for annual bonus and salary review
5. Coordinate staff training and development process
6. Facilitate staff and manager communications and problem solving
7. Ensure adherence to applicable governmental regulations

Requirements:

1. Degree in any field with minimum 5 years' related experience in managerial role in a manufacturing industry
2. Possess good leadership and result-oriented
3. Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law
