Job Description Reporting to the Quality Director, you will be responsible for formulating company's strategy's to achieve top quality improvements and plan tactical approach to quality pursuit. Formulating quality roadmaps for improvement, you will ensure execution and implementation of quality improvements. You will also be responsible for customer complaint reduction and work with continuous improvement activities. As a senior executive within the organization, you will be representing the company on customer service issues related to quality. Maintaining the Quality Management System will also be part of your responsibility.
