Technical Safety Engineer - Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur - Provide expertise and support to modification and construction projects on loss prevention engineering and technical safety approach to ensure all HSE hazards are identified, risks assessed and managed with the ALARP concept. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide consultation and apply loss prevention process throughout project development phases i.e. Select, Define/Develop, Execute, Operate/Evaluate. Review, comment, and approve safety procedures & deliverables during conceptual engineering, FEED, detail engineering , construction, installation, commissioning, startup, and modification in order to ensure that the residual risk is ‘as low as reasonably practicable’ (ALARP) and complies with requirements. Facilitate, review and provide advice on specific safety studies regarding loss prevention engineering for EPCIC project, Brownfield and Modifications, such as FERA, EERA, SCE, DOS, Fire & Gas Detector Mapping, HAC, Ship Collision Study, Cold Vent Gas Dispersion and Thermal Radiation Study, etc... - Permanent - Full-time
