Attend to and reply all incoming e-mails both internal/external customers. Ensure and provide superior quality service to both internal/external customers. Solution Management * Attend to customer’s enquiry on MOL’s service ranging from rates or routes to shipment tracking, status enquiry, internal business requirement, billing and payment.
