Technical Support Engineer - Company Confidential - Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur - 1. Liaison between Commercial and Technical team for translating market request into development for new or modified products and systems. 2. Provide responsive technical support on technical matters inquiries / consultancy to commercial department within the areas that are not covered by local technical supports. 3. Representing the Technical Department as the Product and System application specialist for internal and external engagements such as presentation, site visits, project proposal... and technical calculations. 4. Establishing a good relationship with all test laboratories, assessment bodies, certification bodies and etc. for the ease of arranging test to be conducted, updating assessments reports and relevant certificates and approvals. 5. Involvement in Product and System development i.e. participating in all preliminary to completion stage of fire testing activities 6. Conduct theoretical and practical training session to enhance competency in product and system applications... - Permanent - Full-time
