Selangor - Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee and industrial relations by handling and resolving any employee grievances or conflict, and provide counseling to employees when required. Liaise with Group HR to manage misconduct cases such as preparing disciplinary letters, conducting domestic inquiries, consulting IR lawyers, attend IR court hearings, etc. Review, develop and implement training and development strategy in collaboration with Group Human Resource. Provide support and advice to management team on identifying development opportunities to ensure a strong and competent talent base for the company. Responsible to oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes, in collaboration with HRSSC. Review recruitment process and strategies to ensure effectiveness.
