Assist to introduce, plan and arrange new pharmacy services and its mechanics for wellness. Training - assist in conducting training and prepare training materials for pharmacists and beauty advisors. Also assist in implementation of training scheme for top general staff and training arrangements and scheduling with suppliers or external trainers. Store operations and compliance - assist in new shop opening and expansion, assist in audit of pharmacy and ensure all of procedures are in accordance with company SOP and regulatory authorities of Malaysia. Assist in licensing issues. Job Requirements: Degree in Pharmacology or equivalent. Min 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal skills.
