Dynamic Value - Kuala Lumpur - Job Descriptions: Customer Services: Provide support to globally located, multi-cultural and multi-lingual end-users, being the first customer contact point: Answer and register all incoming requests (phone, mail, Service now queue, other) Obtain the necessary information from customers and register this in an efficient, accurate, and complete fashion in IT Service Portal. Register all actions undertaken in IT Service Portal Resolve as many of the received incidents and/or IT service requests as possible within the limitations of his/her access rights, time constraints and scope of GSD knowledge.
