Asian based Multi-Disciplinary Design Firm - Malaysia - Senior Architect - KL [Description] KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Main Accountabilities -Supervise and manage a small team of architects and work alongside of directors -Assist in conceptual designs, 3D design development, contract documentation, authority submissions and pre consultations, site meetings and project meetings -Must pay strong attention to details to ensure ideas are translated into experiences. -Must be able to present to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. -Assist and manage team when working on other aspects of project such as branding, graphs and interior design. -Keep track of authority submissions status, project schedule and manpower allocation so that the project schedule and budget are maintained REQUIREMENTS -Well versed in English -Degree in Architecture -Detail orientated -Experience in construction drawings stages to site stages. -Minimum 6 years experience -Strong Communication skills -Innovative and creative thinker -Prior experience in management skills a pl... - Permanent - Full-time
