Assembly Engineering Manager - Integrated Device Technology (M) Sdn Bhd - Penang - Bayan Lepas
Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang - Collaboration with sub-con on process optimization, simplification and elimination of defects. Manage assembly sub-con for excellent quality, on-time delivery and efficient services. Assembly cost reduction, yield improvement and delivery within customer expectation. Enhance engineering skills development for engineers with value added activities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronic Electrical/ Electronic, Mechanical Engineering...) or its equivalent. At least 5 - 10 years hands on engineering experience in manufacturing WLCSP, FCCSP, FCBGA, QFN and copper wire build packages. Minimum 5 years in engineering management. Experience in Hermetic packages build to Mil-Std 883 will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and leadership skills to a team of engineers for sub-con support.
