Contract Executive
Reliable Human Resources Services - Selangor - Job Descriptions: Assist in pre-qualification of contractors & suppliers to be selected for participation in tenders. Assist in implementing tender strategy and monitor tender schedule with Project and Consultant Teams Review tender and contract document. Assist in managing all activities relating to procurement and tender in accordance with the established schedules and budget, which includes calling of tender, review tender report, attend tender interview and recommendation for award. Monitor and manage Variation Orders and Final Accounts of contracts on a timely manner. Assist in reviewing Cost Plan. Verify monthly progress claims evaluated by Consultants. Assist in preparation of financial statement to monitor construction expenses. Assist in establishing cost database.
