Technical Writer - TESS Innovation Sdn Bhd - Selangor
Selangor - Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, technical manual, including how-to guides, references, manuals or instructions. Organize material and complete writing assignment accordingly to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style... and terminology. Requirements: Able to organize and manage multiple priorities. Good command of English (spoken & written). Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Technical writing experience gained in the financial industry will have an added advantage.
