Engineering Manager (High Rise)

Research , investigate ,coordinate and introduce new development in building systems, methods and technologies which will enhance efficiency (cost and time) in the delivery of residential/commercial products Coordinate with vendors, contractors and suppliers... to identify latest innovations in construction techniques and how to incorporate into the design. This applies to all disciplines of civil, structural, architectural and mechanical/electrical works. Manage the design process including scheduling design meetings for the purposes of coordination, value engineering, progress updates, Owner approvals, etc..
