Technical Helpdesk Engineer
Petaling Jaya, Selangor - : The Technical Helpdesk Engineer will provide first and second line support to designated customers. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with appications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems, which may range from starightforward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties (but may not be limited too) working on projects, leading team members, motivating team members and following guidance... as required.
